I’m 5’5 at 135lbs & can squat 205lbs, deadlift 185+ I hip thrust 225+ & squat jump with 80lbs+ for reps Ladies, do not fear the weights, you won’t get these type of results doing 30 day air squat challenges or walking on the stair master!
